For couples (registered users):

For guests (RSVP):

- Response on whether they're attending (yes/no)
- Number of plus ones
- Any dietary allergies/preferences
3. Why do we process your information?
We use the information to:
- Deliver the service – display wedding pages and collect RSVP responses
- Communicate with you about your account
- Process payments
- Improve the service
Legal basis: Contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) to deliver the service, and legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) to improve the service.
4. Who do we share information with?
We only share information with:
- Supabase – database and authentication (EU-based)
- Stripe – payment processing
- Vercel – website hosting
We never sell your information to third parties.
5. How long do we store information?
- Wedding pages and RSVP data: 12 months after the wedding date
- User accounts: As long as the account is active, plus 12 months after last activity
- Payment history: 5 years (accounting requirements)
You can request deletion of your account at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access – see what information we have about you
- Rectify – correct errors in the information
- Delete – request that the information be deleted
- Object – oppose certain types of processing
- Data portability – receive information in a machine-readable format
