1. About the service

MyWeddingDay.com ("the Service") is a web-based platform that lets couples create digital wedding invitations and collect RSVP responses from guests.

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.

2. User account

• You must provide correct information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

3. Free design vs. publishing

Free: You can create and design your wedding page at no cost. The draft is saved to your account.

Publishing ($99): For the page to be visible to guests on the internet, a one-time payment of $99 including tax is required.

Published pages remain active for a minimum of 12 months after the wedding date.

4. Payment and refunds

• Payment is made via Stripe and is secure
• The price is $99 including tax per wedding site
• Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the time of purchase, unless you have actively used the service (e.g., shared the link with guests)
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload (text, images, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display the content on your wedding page.

You are responsible for:

• Having rights to the content you upload
• Ensuring the content does not violate the law
• Ensuring the content is not offensive, discriminatory, or illegal

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• Illegal purposes
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Send spam or unwanted communication
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to hack or manipulate the service

7. Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will notify about planned downtime when possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect losses or consequential damages
• Problems caused by third-party services

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service.

9. Termination

You can: Delete your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting us.

We can: Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, without refund.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this does not succeed, the dispute may be brought before the ordinary courts.
